Do I need to purchase tickets in advance?
We highly recommend it so a spot is guaranteed for you. Please contact us before purchasing tickets for the bus tour.
Do you go to different haunted locations on the bus and walking tour?
Yes, only one of the stops on the bus and walking tours are the same.
Do we go inside haunted buildings?
Yes, we go inside a few of the buildings on both the walking and bus tour. We also have some emf detectors for people to use if they would like to use them.
Do you still have the tour if it rains?
Yes, we run the tours rain or shine. We will not have a walking or cemetery tour if there is a thunderstorm. Please dress appropriately for the weather and bring raincoats or umbrellas. We do go inside some of the buildings so we are not outside for the whole tour. Please contact us if you want to know if a tour is cancelled.
Are refunds given?
If a tour is cancelled by us, a refund will be given . If you can not attend the tour, we will reschedule so you may attend another time.
When would a tour be cancelled?
We don't cancel tours very often. We cancel tours because of weather, tour guide is sick, or if there is not enough people signed up to attend the tour.
Do you require a certain amount of people to attend a tour?
We require a certain amount of people to attend the bus tours before we can have them.
Is parking available?
Yes, There is free parking available for all of the tours.
Are there bathroom stops available on the tour?
Yes, on the walking and bus tours we enter a few buildings and restrooms are available.
Restrooms are not available on the Cemetery Tour.
Are Cameras allowed on the tour?
Yes, you are allowed to take pictures with cameras, although video and audio recording is not allowed.
Are food and drinks allowed?
Yes, light snacks and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed although keep in mind that we are entering buildings. There are water fountains on a couple of the stops on the tour. If you are eating or drinking please to not take an emf detector to use until you are done.
Is alcohol allowed?
Alcohol is not permitted.
How much walking is involved on the walking tour?
There is about one mile of walking on the tour plus walking around in the buildings?
Are the tours handicap accessible?
The walking tour is. The buildings that we enter have ramps. One of the buildings we enter we do go upstairs. There is not an elevator but you will not miss any of the story.
The terrain is rough for the Cemetery tour. We do go on the lawn by the graves to tell the stories. There are some hills.
The first stop on the bus tour is not. We go into the basement to tell the story and there is not a elevator. The last stop is small and the space might be a little tight. If you would choose to go, we would have to know in advance so we could get a handicap accessible bus.
How early should we arrive?
You should arrive about five to ten minutes before the tour starts.
Are young children allowed on the tour?
Children five and under are not allowed on the bus tour. For the walking tour, please use good judgement. The tour is about two hours long so if you feel that this would be too much for your younger child (ren) please leave them at home. We want the tour to be a pleasurable experience for all of our guests.
Do you offer private tours?
Yes we do. We also will do step on tours for charters in the area. If you are interested in having a private tour, please contact us.
